I took my husband into panera for the first time to have lunch today, around 1pm, it was absolutely packed. There was a woman at the front counter who was going so above and beyond with a smile on her face to do everything she could to keep everyone happy. She informed us.It would be up to 30 minutes for lunch....And she would try to help us find an actual table to sit at.
