I called two weeks ago and informed sonic about their chicken and how it tasted wrong. I decided to give them another shot today and it’s even worse. The location is either cooking the chicken too long, too hot, or using old oil. The chicken is coming out crispy, dark brown, and has a putrid burnt smell to it.

Couldn't get Noone at drive thru so pulled up to window and ordered. Hamburgers were stopped with mayo and mustard loaded with onions which I can't eat no veggies or extra pickles on mine. Called to make them aware lady answering stated nothing would be done because I dont have ticket number. UGH...wasted money had to throw in trash as it was unedible.

I got a breakfast burrito. My food was burnt. It had burnt bits of bacon in it and the egg was more black than yellow. Also my flavored teas were wrong. I was very disappointed. The place wasnt even that busy at the time. I guess the staff just didn't care to do their jobs correctly.

they have most definitely improved. Still slow lol, but fresh!!! The new garlic bacon burger was awesome!!
