The woman who tended the drive-thru and brought my food out seemed very unhappy to be there. Not pleasant and not pretending to be either. In my picture is the Oreo Brownie vanilla Frosty fusion. If it looks more like some vanilla soup with chocolate syrup in it, you would be right. No Oreos whatsoever and liquid ice cream. If you think my picture of cinnamon rolls looks like hard cold bread with a itty bitty teaspoon of hard cold icing on it, you would be correct. Very disappointed. $24 for these two pathetic things and a combo meal.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Wendy’s location in Villa Park on April 12, 2026 around 9:45–10:30 AM. The drive-thru employee was extremely rude from the moment I placed my order. She had an attitude, rolled her eyes when I mentioned using a coupon, and treated me like I was an inconvenience for simply ordering food. When I got to the window, my drinks were handed to me dripping one by one with no cup holder. Then when I checked my bag, I noticed I was missing items I PAID for — specifically extra toppings for my chili. When I politely asked for the items I was

If they tell you to pull forward and wait, DONT DO IT! theyre just trying to get their numbers right. Then they forget about you for 15 minutes while they help 6 other cars. Got my food and it was trash. This location is getting bad. Focus on the PEOPLE instead of the number. Then tell you they cant refund you but they'll remake the same mediocre food 😆

I came in to pick up an order, the food was already ready the drinks were ready it took her incredibly long time just to give it to me, this is no way to do customer service. pathetic
