The chicken salad was drowning in mayonnaise. It was twice as much mayo than they usually put in it. The Dixie chicken salad was not like usual either. I highly recommend getting the cooks to follow the recipes. Both types of chicken salad were drowning in mayonnaise. The restaurant front of house employees were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

Last week, two friends my fiancé and I arrived for dinner at 7:00 p.m.—a full hour before the posted 8:00 p.m. closing time. When we went to order, we were told they were out of six or seven different chicken salads. What made the situation even more frustrating was that two or three of the salads we were told were unavailable were sitting in the grab-and-go cooler right in front of us. The food is always hot and fresh. The restaurant is always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful if you have any questions. The low-key stars of the show are the pickles spear and the little sugar cookie that they give you I honestly love this place. I’m so blessed that it’s within walking distance of my home.

I went there to order food to go. This restaurant is what you might call quick service, something like a panera bread. The ordering process was easy and the cashier was helpful- but I was definitely taken aback that when I went to pay, the first question was how much I wanted to tip. I mean... at that point I don't even know whether they will get my order right, or whether the food will be good. And the cashier clearly sees whether or not I tipped and how much. As a customer, I find this really appalling. What exactly am I supposed to base my tip on?! Aren't tips supposed to he for great servi
