I ordered from the app. When I went in to pick up my order I gave them my name and they said that thay indeed had my order ready but they needed me to give them the last 4 digits of my phone number. For goodness sake, if a person comes in to pick up an order shouldn't their name be enough? This level of security is unnecessary and kind of aggravating.

Food quality is always great and service is speedy. I usually get orange chicken fried rice and the honey walnut shrimp. I love the sweet black tea and the other fruit drinks they have. HOWEVER the past few times I've been to this location and I order a plate with one entree and two sides, I usually get the smallest scoop (ie. Honey walnut shrimp), so there are more side than actual entree. I'm not sure if this is a corporate thing the employees have to do, or if it's just this spot. That's ridiculous to me to pay for an item and only receive a literal 1/2 cup amount of it!! Other spots like P
