Ordered on door dash, was missing one donut but the bag was sealed so I think it may have just been a mistake at the store. I’m guessing they were also out of regular donuts with cream filling, but the chocolate donut sub was pretty good. The donuts that I did specifically order were delicious, soft and fluffy. Salted caramel cold brew is also very tasty!

Oh my goodness y'all! This coffee is the bomb! Wonderful customer service! And it is original dough for the donuts. So many of the Shipley's nowadays have a different type of dough for the donuts and I think it's sad when they change the dough. The dough is what made Shipley's the best donut ever. This Shipley's has the original! Talked about taking you back to your childhood holy mackerel

4th time my order has been partially wrong. I called and spoke with a Cynthia that refused to give me any information about the manager of that store. They’ll call me back, doubt it! Today I ordered 2 egg, bacon, cheese kolaches, along with 2 sausage cheese, and 6 ham and cheese along with 1/2 dozen glazed doughnuts. Didn’t get the 2 egg, bacon, egg kolaches. Last time we got the wrong doughnuts, and before that missing items. Always something!!
