Stopped randomly at union hall while on a business trip and was so pleasantly surprised. I ate at Huaco Eatery - best Mexican food I’ve ever had. And the plating was so beautiful. Chef Sebas overdid himself ! Will be back next time I’m in Waco !

Union Hall - Waco is easily one of the coolest food spots in Waco. The atmosphere is fun and modern, with tons of different food options all under one roof, so everyone can find something they like. I tried a few different places inside and everything was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast. The seating area was clean, the staff were friendly, and the whole place had a really lively vibe. It’s perfect whether you’re grabbing lunch with friends or just want to try something new. Definitely a 5-star experience — amazing food, great variety, and a fun place to hang out.

Had a group of 11 people. All wanted different types of food. This place suited our needs! This place had probably around 20 different types of food that made everyone happy. Plenty of indoor seating, prices very affordable and everyone was happy with their choices. This place was perfect for a group of people all wanting something different, but it allowed for all of us to sit together, great place for that.

A ranger at the Waco Mammoth Site recommended this spot, and I’m glad that she did! It was a bummer that a few places were closed on a Monday night, but I loved taking my delicious Thai food into the bar and having a margarita to accompany it. If I’m ever in the neighborhood again, I’ll stop in again.
