I can confidently say this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever experienced — and that’s really saying something. If you’re looking for cold food, long waits, and a side of attitude, this is apparently the premier destination in Hawaii. The fries tasted like they were prepared during a previous shift and thoughtfully saved for me. My meal was cold enough that I briefly wondered if it had been stored in a beach cooler. Taro pie was good. Took FOREVER to get my pop and taro pie, the service was TERRIBLE. The manager (?) was rude and didn’t care that I didn’t get my food even though my friends were half finished theirs. Everything else was fine.

The crew was so unprofessional.There was no communication with the staff and customer. I asked fir a large shake when I got there they gave me a small told them it was wrong but her answer was I charged you for small. Asked for well done fries she just stared insane till I asked for a manager. Even the Manager was clueless. Where have all the good workers gone. Very poor service.

As a tourist, I was excited to try the special Hawaiian pies, but they were all sold out. It was really disappointing since I was looking forward to experiencing something unique to Hawaii.
