I always come to this McDonald’s in the afternoon and today I came a little bit early and they were like super busy during lunchtime and the managers Flora and Zerna, they are really good just like the rest of their staff and this place is always clean. They always come around and sweep up and smile and give the best customer service of all the McDonald’s that I’ve been to so five stars to this McDonald’s at Pearlridge on Kam Highway it’s one of the best in Hawaii. It is the best in Hawaii.

Honestly just wanted to say that whenever I visit day or night the staff is just so sweet. I usually do mobile orders. Get in get out but these staff members at the windows r just so cute. They remembered me and ask how I’m doing and genuinely mean it not just the regular customer service ask lol I just feel special everytime I roll up no matter the day I’m having these people always got a way to make me smile. Thanks yall!

Aleays check you drive thru order at this place! On 3 different orders on different days: 1. Ordered 2 Bacon Qtr Pounders w/cheese, got no bacon. 2. Ordered Cheeseburger kids meal w/Coke, got no cheese. 3. Ordered Cheeseburger kids meal w/Coke, got no Apple Slices.

worst experience ever. lady was a brat. i did the shaka since im a visitor and then she thought i flipped her off and didn’t let us order. said she was going to call the cops on me.
