ive honestly had issues with this location the past 3 times i went, the first time we ordered 2 fries they charged us for both of them, only gave us 1, when we told the lady at the window she made us pay for an entirely separate fry to get our second WHICH WE ALREADY PAID FOR by the way. The second time I ordered 2 country ham biscuits WITH egg, they charged us for the egg and neither of the sandwiches had egg. Today we went again after a month hoping for better service once again we ordered 2 country ham biscuit WITH egg, got charged for the egg once again and neither of them had egg once aga

Had a bit of an issue with an online order, called back and spoke to Ms. Alston(I hope I am getting her name right), and she politely and quickly took care of correcting the issue. Everyone I talked with during the pick up inside the store was very courteous. Things happen, and this was dealt with very professionally and I greatly appreciate it and so will my employees for the birthday lunch meal we have planned for today.

WOW. I’ve gone to the bojangles in rolesville for years. Was on this side of town and decided to come to this location. Most incredibly rude older woman working the window. She has no business treating customers with such a high level of disrespect. Next time I’ll take the extra drive back to rolesville location, and I’d recommend that for anyone.

My best friend drove up from Kentucky to help me celebrate New Year’s. We went to the movies, shopped and finished our day by stopping here to eat. The food was great! The atmosphere was very comfortable to be around and the customer service was very pleasant!
