Not to be dramatic, but this is the best meal I’ve eaten in my entire life. We started off with the Yellowfin Wonton…could have licked the damn plate, that’s how good the poke and sauce was. I had the Swordfish in a blood orange oil and my husband had the Pork Katsu sandwich. Literally, between each bite, we would look at each other, grin, and say “this is so freaking good”. We went to The Salted Mill for my husband's birthday, and everything was perfect. There was a birthday card on the table signed by the staff! My husband had the the steak set, and hallelujah! Finally, a well cooked, delicious steak in this part of the state. Their hand cut fries were also delicious. I had the Caraway Crusted Ahi Tuna. I don't like anything that tastes like licorice, but this was perfect! The subtle flavor of the Caraway was not overpowering, and it blended well with the sesame, tamari, veggies and noodles. Everything is amazing! Had the top sirloin frites, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned and my husband had the gouda pasta bake with a side of chicken that was hearty and so flavorful.
