How DARE you???? Ordered door dash for my family last night at 9pm, the order was confirmed but took 30 minutes for them to even get it ready. The Dasher dropped the order and the bags arrived sealed. I was missing two drinks, I assume they didn't have anymore sweet lightning so they just replaced it with what someone else wanted, that's a no no. They didn't send us any Mac and cheese. We ordered 4 sides of Mac and cheese and two mashed potatoes but instead got 6 GRAY dry mashed potatoes (see pictures). This is from using the bare bottom of the 1/3 or 1/2 pan and not rotating or hydrating pot

I ordered my food from the mobile app, and when I arrived it wasn’t busy, there was one guy sitting down at the table and maybe 1 car in the drive thru. I stood for about 7 minutes before someone came up to the register. And she didn’t say anything and was trying to get the screen to come up on the register with her ridiculously long nails so all you could hear was her nails hitting the screen. When she finally opened it up, she just looked at me without saying one word (no greeting, may I help you, absolutely nothing) so I proceeded to say “Hi, I placed a mobile order” and I gave her my name,

Not sure about the quality or taste of the food because we were shorted one piece of chicken from each of our two Big Box Meals. For $26 and a 20 minute drive from the restaurant and another 20 minute drive back to the restaurant, we wanted fresh pieces. We were told that they drop their last pieces at 8:45 and when we arrived at 9, she said she did not have any more chicken. Had to get a refund because of the bad service. Make sure to open and check your order before leaving.

I ordered a 12 pieces meal, which supposed to come with 12 pieces chicken, 3 sides, and 6 biscuits. Found out only 4 biscuits there. Also, I didn't get cutlery for my coleslaw. I guess people today was too tired. Other than that, the food tastes good. I hope I can get some extra next time for favor. (They didn't make it right yet, perhaps they doesn't like me that much.)
