We had a miss hap on the order. We ordered direct off the website delivery. Got our food to find stuff missing. I called and they said I had to go through door dash and I said I didnt order on door dash. But thats who delivered it. (Finding out more websites are doing this.) So I decided at that point just to drive down the store to get our missing items and the manager was fantastic! She gave us fresh drinks and a fresh order of corn nuggets! I also run a business and I know what good customer service is and I greatly appreciated it! Give that girl a raise! 🔥⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Corn nuggets baby!

I frequently order from Sonny's either by going through the drive thru or using delivery. Today, I ordered delivery. Unfortunately, like many restaurants, Sonny's uses a third party for their delivery service, Door Dash. Today, my delivered order was missing many items. I called the driver, whom I tipped BTW, to inform my order was missing items, but he advised I call the restaurant. Since this review is about Sonny's, I'll move on... I spoke with the manager, AJ.
