“Food was excellent and great fast service”

Every time I come here the food is great, however lately when I try to order they tell me they cannot fulfill my order. I came through the drive thru at 10:15, they close at 11. I asked for the 5 tender big box and the lady on the other end told me they only had 3 tenders. She mustve thought I was really funny or something since she kept laughing. She then told me that they couldnt make any more tenders cause the fryers were off to be cleaned. I work in food service too, and I know that the cleaning happens AFTER you close not before. Coming here was a waste of gas and a waste of my time.

Ordered through app, waited alloted time by following app never said order was ready, went inside the lady had to search for my order. She found it and I waited additional 15 mins. Food was fresh once got it

Got the chicken sandwiches since I have been on that kick. So the spicy chicken is not spicy chicken, it is a regular chicken patty with hot sauce slapped on the top and bottom bun to make it spicy which makes it gross and sloppy, the bun just gets drenched in a Tabasco type sauce. I mean spicy chicken sandwich implied that the chicken was spicy not the bun, but whatever. The chicken on the regular sandwich was great, the one on the "spicy" chicken sandwich was a lil tough and hard to chew, definitely not the thick juicy chicken breast you're hoping for.

Orders macaroni and cheese with my meal and they have me mash potatoes and they not answering the phone! I was originally getting saucy nuggets but they only had Korean barbecue sauce. They could have at least got my order correct the amount of time we waited. I don’t even eat their mash potatoes and can’t go back today. Wasted my money at this location.
