Placed a pickup for a breakfast crunch wrap at 930am. Went in at 940am thinking the app didn't update saying the order was ready. Was told 15 minutes later it was gonna take 20 minutes while their were customers ordering in the store and getting their food before me. I told them to cancel and refund me please. Waited another 15 minutes because apparently they were gonna give me cash? Even though I paid online? I left, because I have a job to get to, so essentially they got free money from me. I emailed customer service and I am expecting my full refund to come back to me. This taco bell used

The beautiful woman that always works the drive-thru at this location is amazing! Always so friendly and gives the best customer service. My order is always perfect and my food is always hot & fresh. She is always smiling. Someone give her a raise!!! She deserves it. I never received such great service at any other fast food place. I now drive out of my way to go to this location.

My review has gone from a 5 to a 1. I’m sitting here in the drive through. They told me they’re closed but somehow I was able to order through the app and already paid. Google says they are open until 4am. There is someone behind me trying to pick up a DoorDash order.

Just moved to the area and I’ve given this Taco Bell not one, not two, but three chances because I work long hours and sometimes need something quick. Every single experience has been disappointing. The service has been consistently poor and the food quality is unacceptable. My latest order was a chicken quesadilla and it was literally balled up at the bottom of the bag like no care was put into preparing or packaging it. Finding out this location has only been open for two years makes this even more surprising because it feels like basic quality control and training are missing. Management se
