When I Got To the Window I Ordered My Kids Some Food ‘&& Their New jalapeño bacon fries ‘&& They New Watermelon Lemonade, the girl told me they only served them Fries in the morning ‘&& They was out of watermelon lemonade. Which didn’t make sense to me about the fries cause why…. So I told her I just wanted my children food. When I got to the window the manager was there, ‘&& says she will make my fries for me with no problem, I was so excited, Okay ‘&& Made Me A Small Watermelon Lemonade 🤣🤣. Moral of the story is she still made her sale ‘&& Satisfied a customer , My Food Was Fresh ‘&& My

Tonight I ordered Wendy's pickup and sent my husband to get the order. When he arrived at the location they told him that Chili wasn't available and the only thing they could do was give him a 6 piece nugget?? (the value is less than the original item). He leaves and comes home. I'm handing out the order and not only did they not give an extra 6 piece nugget to replace the chili... they shorted me a fry. On top of all that they didn't even give him a receipt. So I jump on the app to report the missing items (as I've done in the past on competitors apps)... suprise! No option to dispute errors

This place is TERRIBLE!!! I don’t know what’s going on with the young women at the drive-thru, but all I see is young women laughing, horseplaying, and mixing up people’s meals. Then catching an attitude when you correct them. You chose this job; why are you mad at the customers? No need to bring your personal problems to work.
