this is not a reflection on the workers. They are awesome. But 2 employees to run the store means that I stood in line for 30 minutes on my lunch break before my pizza got started. There were two people in line ahead of me and maybe 5 others who had already ordered and waiting for their pizza. It was not busy at all. Seeing 2 people ahead of me in line means that I made the assumption that service would be quick. Boy was I wrong. I get cost cutting but the owner saved himself 20 or so bucks in that hour but cost the 8 or so customers that were in there who knows how much time and money. Perso

This place is close to me, I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, it was the most disappointing pizza I’ve had in a long time. If someone told me it was a Totino’s frozen pizza, I’d believe them. The pizza even looked like to a Totino’s. Only positive thing I can say is that the staff was nice and the order was ready at the time they said it would be

To have a pizza place with dietary restriction options is always great. My only beef is the $3 extra charge for a gluten free crust that is almost like eating a cracker and very gritty. Please get a different GF crust Mod or lower the price because I had to force myself to eat it. Posted pictures so others can see and I will try the cauliflower next time. The regular crusts were fluffy and were only ‘hard’ due to how they fire bake their pizzas. Otherwise the service was amazing. The staff was nice and the store was well lit and clean.

Disappointing return to Mod Pizza. We ordered 2 classic 11 inch pies and one kids meal, as well as 2 drinks, one salad, and one garlic cheese bread. The bill totaled $63 which was higher than the food deserved! The lettuce was old, wilted, and gross and the cheesy bread was stale. The 2 pies they made in front of us were good enough, but not enough to make up for the pain of paying so much for bad extras. They said they were busy that day, but that doesnt equate to wilted lettuce, right? Just overall, dont come here for fresh. In fact, I won't be coming back to this location at all.
