grab and go spot with INCREDIBLE pastries. i’d recommend going as close to opening time as possible because the place gets busy, but don’t get intimidated by the line because it moves rather quick. we ordered coffees in addition to the pastries which took a while. the pistachio croissant is to die for!

This cute bakery nestled in the heart of DC was everything I look for in a cafe. My go-to order at cafes is a decaf cappuccino and a croissant. Here they had oat milk, which I opted for. The staff were friendly yet efficient. They had a pistachio croissant that I had seen pictures of on other reviews, so I decided to try it. I took my cappuccino and pistachio croissant outside to one of their three small tables (they did have minimal indoor seating but it was quite cramped inside). We went there before 10am and it was packed with people (probably also have something to do with small space) I got the last pistachio croissant so pastries are selling fast. Overall the croissant is a bit oily for my taste but I highly recommend their black sesame croissant. Do not get their matcha very low quality and quantity matcha was used.
