Ordered Black coffee and found a French Fries in my cup. When I brought it to their attention apparently the manager said I gave you the wrong cup!!!! A reminder to ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD!!!

Made an order for 4 bacon, egg & cheese biscuits and 4 hash browns at the drive thru. Paid in full. Only got 2 of the bacon egg & cheese biscuits. Didn't realize until I drove away, however this has been a consistent theme at this location. Not going back.

Definitely a consistently slow McDonald's. One day I had a DT mobile order and went inside instead of the drive through because there were 10+ cars in line. They refused to just hand it to me and told me I had to go through the line and it couldn't be changed (weird policy, not their fault but still). Another time I pulled up to pick up my mobile coffee order at 7:30am and the doors were locked and said they were closed due to short staffing, yet there were 2 employees vaping outside the door and said they couldn't get my order for me so I had to go through the app to be refunded. The cashier screwed the order up and kept charging a different amount than what it was supposed to be. Just wanted us to pay almost double rather than getting help. The person that came to fix it was very apologizing.
