I was there the night before, and all I wanted was a Happy Meal for my 6-year-old son. I waited in the drive-thru line for about five minutes, but no one took my order; I assumed the intercom might not be working. I went to the McDonald's on Lewis in Waukegan (#3694). I was ordering a meal that was on the board, but the drive thru cashier was listing combo meals that weren't on the board. I told her they weren't on the board and asked her could she tell me what the meals were. Suddenly another voice came over the intercom screaming rudely explaining what the $5, $6 and $7 meals were. Why does this location refuse to take my order, they ONLY do doordash or online orders. It's 1 am today and no one answered the speaker and I pulled up to the window and no one comes to the window but I can hear them in the back.
