The WORST Taco Bell in Waukegan! My food was burnt and horrible. Not to mention, they shorted me on food. They act like the food is coming out of their paychecks. Do not recommend. Go to the one on Lewis and York House or the one in Gurnee. These people are disrespectful and disgusting. Would NEVER trust them with my food again.

This Taco Bell location needs better training. The service from the evening employees is consistently rude, and it makes for a frustrating experience. I visited last night and my food was extremely cold, which only added to the disappointment. Unfortunately, I’ll be staying away from this location moving forward.
