Blue’s Egg lived up to the hype and then some. We were in Milwaukee for a golf trip and wanted one breakfast spot we absolutely couldn’t miss. This was it. The food was outstanding, the service was friendly and efficient, and everything came out hot and fresh despite how busy they were. Always exceptional! Excellent and efficient service coupled with amazing flavor profiles for all dishes. Highly recommend the chicken chorizo omelette and any of the stuffed browns. Complement with a lavender mimosa for a perfect brunch. Highly recommend!

The place was packed but I'm not sure why. My daughter had just gotten out of surgery from children's Hospital. I ordered her two breakfast meals, one with steak and eggs and one with french toast and bacon and the steak was way overcooked and burnt. I tried calling and calling and nobody answered. I tried to leave a voice message but when you press three it takes forever to get through. What a waste of my $50. None of the good was anything to brag about not sure why it's so packed.
