It's always packed. The food does take time to come out because it's fresh and they make it according to who placed the order first. The food is delicious so the wait is worth it. I love that they serve breakfast all day so I do recommend this place!

If it's your first time? Here's my review. Janie's Cafe Food is delicious, fresh & hot. I rated a 3 🌟 🌟 🌟 for these reasons. Place is old needs to be updated has dirty stained floors, ceiling panels stained, lights work some don't gives you dim lighting. Old Tables need to be replaced, tables got cardboard paper to level legs at the bottom. The atmosphere is medium you'll also get vendors coming in & out selling items as well as mariachi's singing for tips. Arriving at 12:15 on a Wednesday, we had excellent service and delicious, huge meals. Hubby had Janie's #2 (combo fajita plate with fries and Texas toast). The fries needed to be cooked longer, they were limp. Everything else was exceptional. Many shrimp in the meat combo. Huge green salad. I had #58 Mexico City, which included cheese enchilada, fajita beef taco (huge!), a yummy tostada and beans and rice. The beef was so good. The cheese enchilada was excellent. There is nothing worst than.. getting my order wrong. I always always get the same taco to go..and they can't get it right. Called and complained..and no resolution. It's the slowest place to get ur order..in or to go. Need new cooks period. I hate when u work hard for your money and u would think that people can get ur order right after repeating several times In English and Spanish..and also we live in America.. you need to speak English.. don't just hire Spanish speaking people Period.
