I used to go to this Wendy’s only because the service and food was good. The manager that used to be here was the best not sure if she left or not but definitely not here tonight. The picture is supposed to be a chicken sandwich this is ridiculous

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Wendy’s in Wesley Chapel. I work for a food delivery company, and I was picking up an online order for one of my customers. Since the order wasn’t ready, I sat inside the restaurant waiting, where I had a clear view of the food preparation area. What I witnessed was shocking. The manager, whose name was Jen, accidentally dropped one of my customer’s sandwiches into a container of sanitizer water. She picked up the soaking wet sandwich box, threw it in the trash, and in the process sanitizer water dripped all over the rest of the order. In

The burger was cold loaded with more mayonnaise than a burger should even have.. the nuggets cold and hard. Took one bite of the nuggets and they felt like there were sitting out for hours not fresh at all!

I ordered food here and was served raw chicken. I almost fed it to my toddler before noticing it was uncooked in the middle. This is a serious food safety issue and could’ve made my child very sick. I contacted Wendy’s about the incident and included details and photos, but I still haven’t received any response or follow-up. This makes me question the location’s food handling practices and customer service. Very disappointed and concerned.
