I’ve been going to Ding Tea for a while now and overall I really like it. The drinks are consistently good and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. That’s honestly why I keep coming back. That said, the inside could definitely use some love — it’s a bit worn down and not always the cleanest, but that isn’t my biggest issue. What really stands out to me is one employee in particular: a younger woman who has zero engagement with customers. I am sad I don't live closer to Ding Tea because their matcha milk tea with boba is to die for! It's so smooth and the perfect level of sweetness and freshness. The boba pearls are perfectly cooked and have a sweetness all their own soaked up from the brown sugar syrup. And Ding Tea doesn't skimp on the boba/syrup either. It's enough to satisfy without being too much. If they were open earlier in the day, I'd stop on every commute into SLC, because, you know, you gotta treat yourself! Seriously, I'd get one every day if I could.

My family loves boba places and this was by far one of the best in northern UT! Super delicious flavor, smooth consistency, and incredible texture on both the traditional and popping boba! We got the matcha, watermelon, and mango milk teas as well as a strawberry slush. None were overly sweet, all were well balanced! Will definitely be back!
