First time ordering from there. I had a fast food restaurant in Chicago and we prided ourselves on quality. Thin crispy hamburgers whatever toppings they would want. Used to love the food, quick friendly service and atmosphere PRIOR to closing down. Was excited that it reopened so I went to eat there last night. Walked inside to eat. We ordered at 5:53pm. No one else eating in restaurant and drive thru 6 cars deep. Only three employees (front counter, cook and drive thru employee) Did not get my food until 6:15pm and they forgot our two chocolate shakes which we had to keep reminding them we would like. Really glad to see the West Dundee Beef-A-Roo back open and thriving again. The restaurant was very busy during our visit, but the team handled everything with a great attitude and kept the experience positive from start to finish. We were greeted right away, the staff stayed friendly and hardworking throughout the rush, and you could tell everyone was putting in effort to keep customers happy. The food came out fresh It’s great seeing this location doing well again and bringing that classic Beef-A-Roo experience back to the community. We’ll definitely be returning.
