She was very understanding of our needs as well! She even asked if I would like a water cup, I didn’t even have to ask! The guy bringing us our food was very kind as well! The people who served us today are super respectful and kind! They have phenomenal customer service! Thank you for making this Culver’s experience amazing!
Sandy Walters★I waited at the drive-through for 20 minutes to receive two small items that were really easy to make. A mini concrete mixer with two ingredients, and a hot fudge sundae. The sundae was melted, and the whipped cream was liquid by the time I got it 20 minutes later. Last week I was at the same location ordered a concrete mixer with two ingredients, and ended up getting a plain vanilla custard. I won’t be back to this location, unfortunately. Culver’s is usually a really good, and this location is not up to the standards in my opinion.
