I came here with a clean car and left with stains and a huge mess. They handed me my drink with the lid not secured, and it spilled all over my car. Makda was kind enough to say I could get a refund and they would remake my drink, but then Maggie stepped in and said no. So I was left with a messed up car, no drink, and terrible customer service. Completely unacceptable and beyond frustrating.
