Restaurant is usually dirty with trash overflowing and on cap. I decided to give it a second try today by ordering two entrees and a bag of guac and chips. The entrees were cold and a meal felt like it was sitting there for a while. The guacamole that I received look like it's been sitting for 2 days. It was a pill olive green color and it was mushy and watery. The chips lacked any flavor to them. They just tasted like oil. We visited this Chipotle on 5/13 around 1 PM during the middle of the lunch rush and it was a complete disaster. They were out of steak, corn, guac, and multiple other items during prime lunch time. By the time we got to the counter there were at least 12 people in line and the poor employee working the front was completely drowning while the manager stood on his phone the entire time. The cashier displayed an unprofessional attitude and insisted that I eat only whatever food was available and “pay for it in full.” However, when another customer of a similar race arrived, they were offered full food availability. I don’t want to make assumptions, but the difference in treatment was noticeable and concerning. Unfortunately, this Chipotle is very conveniently on my commute home from work. Even then, the only time I ever stop by is when I'm so desperately tired, hungry, and miserable that the only thing that gives me any excitement is a nihilistic desire to see exactly how depressing my life could possibly get.
