It's a great place for casual dining. The pizza there is very good, comparable to New Haven style pizza. The atmosphere is a Beach vibe since right across the street. You have lovely views of the beach and Long Island sound. They also have a mechanical bull for those interested.

My only problem with Riva is that it didn’t exist when I grew up in West Haven! What a FABULOUS design and brilliantly executed venue! The open air space with a plethora of seating for all ages & vibes is exactly what I needed when I came to visit from NYC this weekend! The relaxing, but engaged energy from the staff, easy access to food, entertainment and an insane amount of beverage options! Will definitely be back ASAP!!!
