DR ROBERT THAYER★★★★The cashier goofed up the order. Had to have Mgr unlock cash register. She forgot 1/2 our order to the table. Chips were terrible. Turkey sandwich was poor. Chicken noodle soup lousy. Poor service, worse meal. I will not go back. So long Panera!
Amey Patil★★★★Love the food. Soups are fantastic and bread too. The tea options in the drink are really refreshing. Ideal place to have a light quite dinner. Location is great and lot's of places to roam around. Tried chicken noodle soup it was really good. Not too salty which was perfect.
Thomas Lohrman★Panera used to be good. USED TO BE! I carried out lunch from there today, and that will be the last time I go to Panera. My wife's salad was missing the chicken that was supposed to be on it, the avocado was brown, & the "crumbled bacon" was a single greasy glob. My sandwich had no flavor and the bread was burnt. My order was also ready about 10 minutes later than it was promised. No apology, no offer of a free dessert or drink. Don't worry, you won't have the burden of making food for me ever again.
