It’s Zippy’s. We got the café service (counter ordering, sear yourself) and the speed of service was good, efficient. Pretty decent coffee—all of the other food I’d avoid for health reasons (obesity is already rampant here, why add to the situation).

I went to waipahu on 5/30. Walk in & stood in line with my 2 kids. When the worker was finished taking the order in front of me she looked at the lady BEHIND me to say how can help you as if I was invisible. She took that ladies order and told me I'll be right with you. The wait to order was already going on 15 mins. Then I see her help another lady who just walked in at the bakery while I'm still waiting. I was pissed that she took 2 orders who came in after me. Staff are welcoming and helpful! Food is always top tier. If you feel overwhelmed about whether your food is ready for pick up or if the order was placed correctly, just talk to the staff and they will help. Trust me, I’ve done it a couple times when I have to pick up my mom’s food.
