I've been to a lot of Sonics but this is the worst!!! Just follow the instructions... No topping on my banana shake... What did they give me...topping! I specifically asked for tomato... Extra pickle... Extra mayo... that's it...! What did I get?... that... along with onion and lettuce 😔. There hamburger tasted old... rank! They did get the diet coke right with no ice 😆. That's why you (tip) because you hope they get it right. (Not)

Burger was cold, I asked for extra chocolate in my ice cream and I didnt get any. I ordered online and for some reason the cheddar peppers dont come with ranch but when you order in person they do? and you dont pay extra? Ive had multiple experiences of incompetence the last couple of months going to this location. Do not recommend going here instead would go to the one in marion.

I get bagged ice and a cold brew with caramel, vanilla, whipped cream on top, mix it up, better than Starbucks much cheaper. They need some work on the stalls, besides that, nice people, and do a great job.

This is just gross. This is supposed to be a sausage egg burrito. It’s just covered in grease. I just threw it away. I can’t eat that. I’ll just go to the one in Marion. That sonic is so much better than this one.
