I used to like this place but recently this place went to shit, This is a half ass taco! I'll never go back , IF YOU'RE READING THIS GO TO TACO PRO'S ON MILLER PARK WAY, OR EL JALAPENO on national, los Mariachis on Layton, little Cancun on 27th Street they're a million times better than this place. This place doesn't need anymore customers they need to be put out of business.

I went to the drive up, the service was great, fast and efficient. The food was FRESH and everything tasted DELICIOUS. The food was presented well and placed In the bag neatly. Great job Taco Bell employee's. I happened to read the other reviews, which Is a shame, there were a few people who also gave this establishment 5 stars. I think a lot of these situations are just different experiences, my experience was a great one.

Monica the manager is a terrible manager with no regard for food safety, and getting customer orders correct. She should be ashamed of her work ethic. I will be calling and complaining. I ordered 2 tacos and they only put down 1 taco and she refused to make it right. Terrible customer service.

i wish i could do 0 stars it was a horrible experience!!! i paid $33 (hard earned money!!!) and they didnt do a thing right. every taco had LESS than a scoop of meat on them. They put the toppings on the side of the taco??????? our nachos had NO toppings on them, the service was horrible!! AND THE PLACE WAS UNCLEANED, the employees were playing around instead of making my order right. im very disappointed i wanted to enjoy a meal with my family for my birthday and got nothing. They even forgot a taco that i paid for. this is the worst birthday ive ever had in my 25 years of living! im NEVER go
