First time here, ordered a Lg Matcha Latte. So when I get it, it's AWFUL! So I politely go back to the counter and the guy nicely apologizes and says he made it wrong, they'll make me a new one.... Ok no problem. So I wait as they make me another. My PROBLEM is with the second one. It's literally only filled HALFWAY up. Now I KNOW that matcha lattes are usually not filled to the top. I get them constantly, but this one is only HALF a cup, that I paid almost 5 bucks for. #fail

The phones don’t work to call to speak to a manager. My order has been made wrong twice in a row now. the manager begrudgingly made my sandwich just to make it wrong again . I didn’t realize until I got to work with my food that they prepared my sandwich incorrectly I don’t think it’s too much to ask to have my coffee and food made correctly when I pay for the food

The kid Lucas behind the counter seems to be a little high. I said I wanted a snack and bacon 4 times and all he heard was a side of bacon. Not only that it was raw not even crispy. Save your time and money don't come here
