I ordered online. The woman was friendly. I didn’t go inside obviously but she seems to have a pretty decent attitude. My order was delivered within 30 minutes. The driver was also friendly and instead of only him getting a tip he gave me one as well a little keychain. 😌 The food was a Five star for me and my Daughters we will definitely be ordering again!

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I ordered the vegan curry chicken mei fun from the vegan section of the online menu, and it arrived with eggs in it, which makes it not vegan at all. When I called to let them know, I was told I should have specified “no egg.” If an item is listed as vegan, that should already be understood. Instead of offering a refund, credit, or correcting the order, they acted as if it wasn’t their problem. This was very disappointing, especially for customers who rely on accurate vegan labeling. Great customer service. We were confused ordering noodles and the young lady was kinda to explain the difference. We got fresh food and big portions. We went late and they were kind to let us finish our food after closing time. And they gave us egg rolls! Great taste.

We just started ordering from Gold Chopsticks because my daughter recommended them. We’ve ordered delivery from them 3 times! Their food is really good compared to other Chinese restaurants. We ordered a PuPu and it was juicy and delicious. The egg rolls are larger and not dried out. The beef teriyaki was the best. The meat was thick and juicy and the sauce was not too salty or greasy. The same with the boneless pork that had no fattybits, not over cooked and not greasy. The meat was meaty and not dry. They delivered to us in Chicopee too despite the restaurant is in West Springfield.
