Food temperature was cold. Not warm, like warm. Cold and I picked it up curbside. Not worth the $$ for trash. Like the food was just sitting there for 30 min. Before the bought it out

Awful McDonalds. Just saw someone have to wait like an hour trying to get their food, because of employee incompetence. They fraudulently claimed she did not pay, but she did, then they said the car in front of her didn't pay like that was her problem? Not only were they making her suffer for someone else's mistake (why are they making other customers have a bad time?? For their own wrongdoing in giving someone else who didn't pay their meal wrongly? Thats the employees fault!) They made her wait forever. Like almost an hour, while refusing to admit they were wrong and review the footage. She

They put my KPOP meal in a regular bag. My kids was so upset. Didn't know the hot chocolate comes with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. This mcdonald's doesn't add it. Overall good customer service.

They occasionally forget some items in delivery orders but generally they are pretty accurate. When picking up/dining in they are always on point. Staff are really friendly, always. Updating today they now close their lobby every weekday afternoon because of the local school kids. Very disappointing to be kicked out and having to rush my food. They should put signs up. Security guard was very kind and helpful.
