This is the closest Wendy's to my house, so I usually come here. The food is pretty on point, but the wait is the reason for the poor scores. Every time..EVERY TIME I come here, I'm in the drive through for at least 15-20 minutes. This is fast food? If you are in a rush, do not come here. There is usually a line 4-8 cars deep.

I want to say that I didn’t get my icing on my Cinnabon my last visit and when I went back Alex took care of my last order. He was so polite and apologized for everything. We still go back and love to see his friendly demeanor and service . Thank you Alex for changing the stereotypes of fast food customer service.

I try not to go to this location as their service sucks. There’s always only one car in the drive thru with a massive line at the speaker, but the person who’s sitting at the speaker is definitely not ordering. So the staff is just letting them sit there while they deal with the customer at the window, making the line wait (see the photos below as this happened last week when I stopped to get a frostie, obviously didn’t stay).
