We ended up driving from Marlborough because the other Wendy’s location seemed unclear about whether they were still taking orders but stated they're closing early. When we arrived here, the location was drive-thru only, but your employee was kind enough to let us know we could still order through the drive-thru if we wanted. The staff member was very helpful and polite, and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted. Food was fresh, delicious, and worth the extra drive. Overall, a much smoother experience, and we appreciated the clear communication and good customer service.

I have always loved the Westborough location and it’s still my favorite. This is more of a criticism for their crispy chicken sandwich. Something changed. I took one bite and threw out the rest! The chicken was rubbery in consistency and the crispy batter was not crispy and fell off the chicken. I have always liked their chicken sandwich but will no longer order it. I still like Wendy’s but stop changing things. No more sweet and sour sauce. Boo! Not everyone wants ranch or spicy!

Food was solid for a Wendy's but staff seemed disinterested at best. Practically threw food at me. This is the 3rd time I've seen this. I get maybe they dont like their job but cant explain the lack of even a simple hello or smile.

Got the six dollar biggie meal. I mean let’s face it, you can’t go anywhere and eat for six dollars except Wendy’s. I got a jr bacon cheeseburger (plain), fries, chicken nuggets, and a drink. Food was quick/good, place was clean, and the junior bacon actually came out plain, that never happens. Lol. 👍🏻👍🏻
