I need the name of the hostess, she is beyond wonderful, every time my Dad and I come there she’s so welcoming & gives good vibes. She takes great care of us, makes us feel welcomed, & is very professional. Next time we come in I am gonna write down her name so I don’t forget it & I will make another review. All servers have been great as well. The food is always good too. I shared a picture of what I had today & my Dad had breakfast food & loved it.

It's been a while since I've been to this location. We usually go to others further away after past experiences not being great. Today we took a chance and I'm glad we did. Everything was outstanding today for our breakfast visit. We were seated right away, our server greeted us and took our order quickly. Food came out fast and accurate. Refills and checkins were timely. Bob Evans breakfast remains a staple and this location is back in our rotation after this visit.

So bad! Pickup order was 30 minutes late. While I waited, a previous customer returned to report that every meal was missing something important. I decided to check my order before leaving. It was good that I did. One entire meal was missing! Yes, it was a Friday night with a half full dining room. 2 servers. The diners waited 45 minutes for food. There was no hostess to seat a couple waiting. There would be a "10 minute delay" to be seated. The kitchen seemed to have young inexperienced workers. They were trying but it was chaos.
