Having a coffee milkshake is one of my little life indulgences. And I dearly love the ones I can get at Graeters. Great service, friendly staff. When downtown is busy parking can be a bear. Walking through downtown Westerville is always a pleasure.

Decided to drop in to check out the Westerville Graeter’s . I was greeted by Jaylin, he’s been working there for around 3 years. I ordered the Love Boat Sundae with Black Raspberry chip and Black Cherry chip. Both had great flavor and huge chunks of chocolate mixed in. The only thing wrong was the little candy hearts were harder than a rock. Time for a fresh batch, otherwise a great experience.

I have been coming to Graeters for well over 20 years. Their ice cream is phenomenal. But, service and portion size has suffered. This is “two dips” of dark chocolate brownie. The white stuff is the whipped cream (that I didn’t order) was removed. The latter isn’t a big deal. Paying nearly $7 for a measuring cup of ice cream is ridiculous.
