Good food but over priced for what you get. I feel like over the years the portions have shrunk while the prices have gone up a lot. Most food feels fresh but you can tell others may not be as " fresh " as claimed. Good atmosphere. Usually clean. Easy way to order online for pick up. A lot of times they push having ypu order through the kioskbut I think that's bec they are short staffed bec a lot of times they dont have someone consistently on register.

What has happened to Panera?!? First of all for a half a salad and a small bowl of soup $15! The soup was old and thick. I usually love their tomato soup. The salad had no flavor. My days at Panera are done. It used to be good. It used to be affordable no more.

Honestly the food was really good and everything was correct but I ordered my usual order and I have a nut allergy and I had a really bad reaction after getting an order that requires no nuts. I’m not sure if there was cross contamination or if gloves weren’t changed when making my order, but make sure that you go in and specifically ensure your food has not been touched by anything else if you have an allergy. My throat and tongue swelled up almost immediately from 1 bite of my sandwich and have been really struggling ever since!

This location is similar to the North location in that it is hot or miss. I'm thinking that this is the new normal. They need a QC person to check the orders before they are placed in the shelf. No large drink lids tonight. No croutons for my French onion soup and no napkins or soup spoon. The soup was good (as expected) and the sandwich was a little haphazardly made, but otherwise tasty. It was nice to see they had a chocolate chunk cookie 🍪 which my pick up guy (son) proclaimed was still warm and delicious. Overall an average experience.
