Google states this is 24 hours however at 4 am on June 30th I was told "we are closed" at the drive thru im meanwhile looking through the front windows and see another employee on their phone at the table not doing much of anything. I hope they were closed. If not this is just poor service. All I wanted was some water. I apologize for the inconvenience that some of us rely on places like your workplace for basic nourishment. Wont happen again

On January 11th my family was stranded at this McDonalds because our car had broken down. The staff was so polite, and empathetic to our situation. If it had not been for Tommy and his generosity my sanity might not have made it through the night. The sheer fact that he called a friend to try and help us says a lot. With temperatures in the teens, and us being from out of State again the generosity will never be forgotten. 💞💞😹

I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s on Baltimore National Pike today (just now). I came inside because I wanted to place my order with a cashier at the register, especially since I make adjustments to my food and prefer speaking with a live person. An employee immediately told me to use the kiosk instead. I politely explained that I preferred ordering with a person, and he responded by saying, ‘Well no one is going to help you at the register.’ At that point, I decided to leave because the customer service was already poor. Very average experience. I placed my order through the app. It was prepared correctly, but the staff had almost zero contact/interaction with me. The parking lot is also weirdly shaped, I wanted to park and settle my soda before getting back on the road, but I couldn’t pull around the restaurant and it was just kind of a mess.
