ok food no atmosphere. this generation ruined going out to eat due to internet, curbside pickup. the maple bagel turkey sandwich & chocalate cold brew was good though!!

Bagel was okay. Really pissed they didn't ask if I wanted it toasted. Don't they always ask before you ring up? The staff both times I have gone are rude - very short/curt when asked about hot chocolate (they do not have). Mostly talking and yapping and can't be bothered by customers. There really needs to be another bagel place in the area. Disappointed eating a cold bagel right now while I watch the staff socialize.

How do you run out of bagels at 9am when you’re a bagel shop? I stopped on my way to the airport for a dozen bagels to take back to France. One person in line in front of me and three behind me, they filled everyone else’s orders first, so I was the last of the four others and by that time they were out of everything I’d ordered except plain bagels. A bummer, since I didn’t have time before my flight to search around for another bagel store. I’ll be back at CLE in August and will hopefully choose more wisely, but won’t pick another Brueggers.

Food was disgusting almost threw up the bacon was raw the bagels were beyond hard The eggs tasted bad and overcooked or recooked this food had a terrible taste I would not recommend and will not return to This location
