We visit this location frequently as it is close to our home. However, there seems to be an ongoing issue with staff consistency. Each visit brings a completely different team, and the level of service varies significantly. You may encounter a friendly, helpful employee—or an unhappy one who can easily ruin your experience. Unfortunately, that was the case for me this morning. I believe the owner should address this concern, as good customer service is essential to keeping loyal customers. Going forward, I will be visiting a different location instead.

Just ordered a wrap from here. It was a long white hair in my food. I’m disappointed because my power is out because of the weather so I can’t cook right now. The staff needs hair nets.

I went in to get my morning coffee today in a bad mood. Where I was greeted by the nicest young man ever. Gibson was a wonderful employee and very helpful. Will be coming back because of Gibsons amazing service.

The roasted coffee was watered down and had barely any taste. If I wanted weak coffee and my first cup to taste nasty, I would have my toddler ma disturbing to me is having the tip cup at the window you can’t even and not even make a cup of coffee, right but wanting a tip seriously be better in the house ke a cup. I think my other toddler would have made a cup of coffee with the right taste after the first sip. I haven't been to a Tim Hortons in over a year, and the first time I go back, I get a watered-down cup of roasted coffee. Never again will I buy another cup from this location. Such a d
