Staff is quick and great but last time they gave me burgers that had clearly been sitting in warmers for most of the day, it was all one melded burger with a gelatin like bun. automated order taking is garbage. cancelled my order and grabbed the bare minimum I needed to get me by til I got home. Will go to another location without the automation and old burgers

Larry possesses exceptional customer service skills. I was particularly impressed by his friendliness, professionalism, and communication abilities. His service and friendly smile made my day! I appreciated that he was well kept and groomed and he apparently takes excellent care of his body; that speaks volumes about who he is and how he shows up in life! I went through the drive thru and I ordered TWO 10 piece nuggets and asked for ranch, JUANA (which I don’t even think that was her name) proceeds to give me one sauce, even after i paid for more; I don’t give a crap about the sauce. It’s the attitude that she had is what pisses me off. Don’t work in fast food. If you can’t handle doing your job correctly Without a goddamn attitude
