We had such a fantastic lunch today! Our server, CJ, was outstanding -- attentive, calm, and perfectly timed with everything. The entire atmosphere was warm and inviting, yet bright and lively. Even the music was just right - not too loud, which made it easy to enjoy great conversation. They put out garlic rolls and focaccia to start with a side of herby garlic butter. Every dish we ordered was exceptional. The appetizers we chose were the Caesar salad which was perfect and the eggplant tower, also super flavorful and delish. One Italian Grill in Weston was a great experience. The food was excellent. Lots of flavor and each dish tasted unique, not the typical same-taste Italian you sometimes get. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared. Roberto was our server and he was fantastic, courteous, polite, and very helpful with the menu. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable without being intrusive. Really good food, great service, and definitely a place worth coming back to!
