I arrived at 1:00 AM. This establishment is open 24 hours, and I was pleased to find hot food available so late at night. The staff members were very nice. We placed our orders at the self-service kiosk. It took a moment to decide what to order because everything on the menu looked appealing, and the food was indeed very delicious. They also have drinks and interesting looking candies.

If you’re looking for authentic Venezuelan comfort food done right, Panna absolutely delivers. The arepa was perfectly soft on the inside with just the right crisp on the outside, packed generously with flavorful, well-seasoned filling. Every bite tasted fresh and homemade. But the standout for me was the cachapa — hands down one of the best I’ve had. The sweet corn pancake paired with savory, juicy meat and melted cheese was unreal. I ordered grilled chicken with white rice and plantains. If I wasn't on foot waiting for my tires to be done I wouldn't have eaten here just on the principle that it's $20 for chicken and rice. It took over 20 minutes, a manager noticed my impatience and went to check on my order, it seems the person working the grill forgot to grill the chicken. The food came out with a portion of chicken that is much too small. The chicken was hot and everything else was cold. The food wasnt horrible but it was far from enjoyable. Yesterday I stopped at a gas station in Miami and the food was 10x better
