It’s been several years since I’ve had 5 Guys so decided to give this location in Westport a shot. There was plenty of parking and as we walked in there was only one person ahead of us on the line to order. Placed an order (cashier was helpful) but the wait for the food, well some of the reviews were right. We waited about 20 minutes even though the restaurant wasn’t packed with ppl. The restaurant has an open seating area, clean bathroom and it has plenty of parking. The burgers were good and fries ok just a tad too salty. It's been a few years since our last visit to any 5 guys location so I don't know if it's a global issue or just this one location in particular. The food is totally disappointing - tasteless, greasy and incredibly salty. A milk shake felt artificial. Those free peanuts that we used to love - overcooked and salty again, simply inedible. And lastly - the interior of this location makes you feel like you are in a hospital cafe

Staff here hustles to get everyone their food quick. Burgers are top notch with fresh toppings, and they load you up with fries. Honestly, it’s probably a good thing the prices are a little higher… otherwise I’d be here way too much and maybe a tad heavier.
