I used to praise o’keefe family owned McDonald’s because of their exceptional service. But now, no… if the workers that worked here before they took over stayed or they kept them, then it’s the same as everywhere else. McDonald’s has the worst customer service. Food takes forever and A LOT of missing food and condiments every time I went through drive thru. It’s irritating that I have to come out of my car to get the rest of my food items when I went to drive thru. And this happened many times already. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Almost every time I place an order, something is wrong.What makes it even worse is how they handle complaints. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the issue professionally, you're met with a rude attitude. Most recently, they forgot my ice cream cone and gave me the wrong drinks for all four meals in my order. When I honked my horn to let them know they had forgotten the ice cream, three employees standing by the window saw me but completely ignored me. This locations staff always gives us problems. The first time, we ordered 2 pickups and were charged, but when we pulled up to pick up, they said they didnt have the order in their system. We verified locations twice, checked our bank accounts that we were charged, and showed them the actual receipt in our email. Basically, they just shrugged their shoulders and told us that it wasnt in their system and couldnt make it. Mind you, this was a manager speaking to us. Service was fast, but the cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved. The floor was extremely sticky with random wet floor signs strewn about. It also seems like the drive thru was very busy as well.
